OverviewDevelop a customer service SaaS: an application for customer service agents and an SDK for clients. Develop a responsive frontend in VueJS. Focus on performance and user experience.ResponsibilitiesWork with Product Owners and development team members to determine new features and user stories needed in the applications and projects.Participate in code reviews to ensure increments adhere to the user story and established architecture and resource libraries.Respond to production support calls for quick diagnosis and repair to keep client systems running smoothly.Participate in team ceremonies including planning, grooming, product demonstrations, and retrospectives.QualificationsFamiliarity with at least one frontend framework: Vue, React, or Angular.Familiarity with state management tools: Vuex, Redux, Ngrx.Familiarity with Git, ES6, Webpack, and Sass.Experienced with real-time applications.Firebase is a bonus.An ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills.Company and CultureAt Pleased, our mission is to please our clients and their customers.
