Full Stack Engineer - C# / React / SQL

Our multi-strategy hedge fund client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their technology team in London on a contract basis. You'll be working on critical middle and back-office systems that support trading and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C# backend and React frontend Build and enhance middle and back-office systems supporting fund operations Collaborate with business stakeholders including fund accounting, operations, and trading teams Develop scalable, high-performance solutions for financial data processing Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards
Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in C# .NET (Core preferred) for backend development Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks Experience with SQL Server and database design Proven experience working on middle/back-office systems in financial services Understanding of fund operations workflows and processes Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Highly Desirable Experience with fund accounting/administration systems (Geneva, Charles River, SimCorp, etc.) Knowledge of portfolio accounting concepts and post-trade lifecycle Familiarity with financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives) Understanding of hedge fund operations
