About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Python, frontend capabilities using JavaScript or Node.js, and proven DevOps skills within the AWS ecosystem. Familiarity with C++ is a bonus, especially for systems integration or performance-critical modules.

This is a key role where you'll help architect, build, and deploy full-stack solutions that power our platform, with end-to-end responsibility from development through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask)
• Build interactive, responsive UIs and server-side applications using JavaScript/Node.js (React preferred)
• Integrate frontend and backend components to deliver seamless user and data experiences
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments using AWS services (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM)
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship features from ideation to production
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and production issues
• Apply security best practices throughout the stack

Required Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer or backend-focused developer
• Strong programming experience with Python (including RESTful APIs, async programming, ORMs, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js for frontend and/or backend development
• Hands-on DevOps experience in AWS, including managing cloud environments and automating deployments
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.), and log/monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK, etc.)
• Proficient with Git, automated testing, and Agile workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of C++, particularly for integration with performance-critical or legacy systems
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.)
• Exposure to microservices, messaging queues (Kafka, SQS), and event-driven architecture
• Understanding of authentication (OAuth2, JWT), API security, and access control
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
