Full Stack Engineer – London, Theodo UK

Role Mission: From day one, you will engage directly with clients including CEOs and co-founders to understand their needs and deliver bespoke solutions. You will learn hands-on, be mentored by experienced developers, and progressively manage your own projects. As you grow, you will mentor junior developers and become a technical advisor within your team, solving complex problems and expanding your technical skills.

You will work as a Full Stack Developer creating innovative web and mobile applications as part of a small, dynamic team of developers. You will collaborate with agile and technical coaches to build scalable solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Participate in hands-on development and progressively manage your own projects.
  • Mentor junior developers as you grow and contribute as a technical advisor within the team.
  • Develop innovative web and mobile applications as part of a small, dynamic team.
  • Collaborate with agile and technical coaches to build scalable solutions using modern technologies.

Qualifications

  • React.JS or React Native
  • Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript) or Python
  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams
  • Stem or Computer Science Degree or comparable experience
