Overview

We\'re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join the Ffern team. They\'ll report directly to the CTO.

We are open to either backend or full-stack developers, but please note a large amount of the role will be systems design and architecture. Technologies: Node.js, PostgreSQL (supabase). Experience with Next.js and the Shopify APIs would be a massive boon.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Architecture: Build efficient, scalable, well-thought-out systems and processes.
• Internal Tools: Construct internal dashboards and tools to help us understand how our systems are operating.
• Database Management: Help set up and manage Ffern\'s databases.
• Performance: Improve performance on Ffern\'s systems and website.
• Be a Hero: Save the day by flagging and responding to systems related technical emergencies.

Your Profile

• Experience: 2–4 years experience as a full stack developer.
• Education: Academic degree from a top-tier university.
• Technically Minded: You reason logically. You get a kick out of architecting systems and building processes.
• Enthusiasm: Passionate about working in the start-up world for a sustainable and mission-driven brand.
