Overview

Lead Full Stack Developer - Professional Services - Manchester (Hybrid). We are working with a UK-wide professional services company hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer to join a small, experienced in-house team. You’ll work on a new React + PHP project and maintain an existing CRM system used by a large SME client base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and React
• Build intuitive user interfaces and optimise MySQL queries
• Collaborate via ticket-based workflow and pull requests
• Contribute to code reviews and testing

Requirements

• 5+ years PHP (Laravel/OOP/unit testing)
• 5+ years Java
• 3+ years React
• Experience with MySQL, Linux basics, and design patterns
• AWS knowledge is a plus
• Must live within Greater Manchester (hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
• Full UK right to work
