Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Excellent, proactive communication skills with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork
• Proven ability to independently manage complex projects and drive them to completion
• Tech-agnostic mindset with proficiency in at least one major programming language; experience with functional programming is a plus
• Familiarity with technologies such as Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, EmberJS, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Docker
