Software Engineer

to join their growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in

PHP ,

Laravel , and

VueJS , who is eager to contribute to real-world SaaS products and platforms. This person will work on core systems powering the customer-facing web portal and backend infrastructure while shaping the future of a modern insurance-based program. What You’ll Do Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services that power an enterprise customer portal using

PHP

and the

Laravel

framework. Build and enhance frontend interfaces using

Tailwind CSS

and

VueJS , ensuring responsive, user-friendly design. Collaborate closely with the product manager, designers, VP of Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to turn requirements into robust features Work on SaaS-based architecture, helping optimize performance, maintainability, reliability, and scalability. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and system design discussions. Comfortable using AI code-generation tools (Cursor AI, Claude, Copilot, etc.) Assist in integrating, training, and applying

machine learning algorithms

big data pipelines

to production workflows Contribute to improving the developer experience, CI/CD processes, and internal tools that help with developer productivity Technical skills and experience Solid proficiency in
