Overview

Functional HR Oracle Engineer (Oracle HCM) to join a leading global financial services firm. This role offers a base salary of £80,000 - £90,000 plus a 5% bonus and periodical salary reviews. The position is fully remote with no office expectation, providing flexibility to work from home. Minimum of 5 years' experience in HCM required.

• Manage Absence Management Configuration
• Oversee Global HR Configuration
• Play a key role in implementation processes
• Handle Performance & Talent Management module tasks
• Manage Payroll operations module tasks
• Understand and manage personalization’s & Security technical aspects
• Utilize Fast Formula/HDSL/HDL & OTBI reporting tools

• Proven experience in Absence Management Configuration
• Expertise in Global HR Configuration
• Strong implementation experience within a key role
• Module experience in Performance & Talent Management
• Payroll management module experience
