Overview

Exciting opportunity for self-employed gas engineers to join a leading gas service team on an ongoing contract through Mirai Group. This role offers flexible hours and local work with pre-booked jobs.

Responsibilities

• Perform domestic gas service, fault finding, and repair work in line with Gas Safe regulations.
• Complete tasks efficiently in localised area with pre-booked jobs.
• Maintain documentation and customer communication as required.

What Were Looking For

• Solid experience with domestic boiler maintenance.
• Gas Safe Registered and hold Gas ACS qualifications (including CKR1 and HTR1).
• A presentable work van that is fit for purpose.
• Appropriate self-employment insurance.

What You Get

• Flexible Working Hours: part-time (3 or 4 days) or full-time (5/6 days per week).
• Earn More: current engineers are earning £2,000+ per week (based on 5 days). Starting from £400 per day with 8–9 pre-booked local jobs.
• Regular Local Work: work close to home with localised areas; less time on the road.
• No Invoicing or Timesheets: paid weekly with direct payment line for queries.
• Weekly Payments: paid weekly (2 weeks in arrears).
• Supplied Van Stock: required materials provided.
• Out-of-hours opportunities: evening and weekend shifts available.
