Role OverviewThe primary responsibility of our Gas Engineers will be to maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties. They will ensure that the heating and hot water systems operate efficiently and safely, and that any repairs are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality service. You’ll be working across a variety of environments and must be comfortable adapting to different settings and client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the regionEnsuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standardsCommunicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manuallyEnsure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily workComply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirementsSkills & ExperienceValid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications.
