Fraser Edwards are currently hiring for a Gas Engineer for our client who are a well respected construction contractor who undertake all property related works on domestic properties across the Cottesmore and surrounding area and is a great opportunity to join a well established business. Main Duties: * Experience carrying out response maintenance repairs to domestic boilers/systems in occupied and void properties * Proven experience of undertaking all aspects of domestic gas and plumbing repairs * Completing gas safety inspections within tenanted and void properties * Testing checks and stopping leaks * Landlord Safety Checks * Emergency Repairs * Fault Finding * Callout Rota – All operatives are required to participate in the callout rota. Ideal Candidate: * Full UK Driving License * ACS Gas Safe - CCN1, CENTWAT1, CRK1, HTR1 Company Benefits: * Basic Salary: £38,000 * Callout OTE - £2500 - £3000 * Additional Overtime Available * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * Company Van * Fuel Card * Power Tools * Company Pension * Life Insurance – 2x Basic Salary Cover Working Hours * Monday – Friday * 40 Hours Per Week * Flexible Working Hours...
