We are currently looking for a Gas Engineer in Dartford, Kent area working for well-established Housing Association. This is a permanent role, working on the responsive repairs team.Role: Gas EngineerLocation: Maidstone, KentSalary: £38,000-£41,000As the Gas Engineer you will be responsible for:Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.To comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.What the successful Gas Engineer will look like:Gas qualifications are essential for this role including as a minimum CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.Out of Hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis is required as part of this roleA friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients & tenantsIt is important that we complete all the appropriate criminal and reference checks before you start working with us.In return the Gas Engineer will receive:Company vehicle and fuel cardUniform & mobile deviceSupport provided for professional qualificationsEmployee wellbeing programme, occupational health support, telephone support- counselling for staffService level awarded annual leaveEnhanced maternity & paternity packagesDental/Healthcare cash planElectric Vehicle Leasing SchemeGender & Equality Working GroupIf you are interested in the Gas Engineer role, please apply online or call Alex Bennett on 07488866703JBRP1_UKTJ
