This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading social housing contractors, providing essential services to and ensuring the safety and efficiency of their gas appliances.\n\nJob Title: Gas Service Engineer\n\nLocation: Portsmouth & Surrounding Areas\n\nEmployment Type: Contract/Self-Employed\n\nRates: Paid Price Per Job\n\nAverage earnings range from £1200-£1500+ per week\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Conduct annual gas safety inspections and complete LGSRs for domestic properties.\n\n * Service gas appliances, including boilers, cookers, and fires, ensuring they are operating efficiently and safely.\n\n * Ensure all work complies with current gas safety standards and regulations.\n\n * Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide documentation to clients.\n\n * Deliver excellent customer service, communicating effectively with tenants and landlords
