Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the private sector. They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing installation contract in the Aberdeen area. All installs are pre-surveyed and booked via an online diary system a minimum of one week in advance. Contract Details: Location: Aberdeen Work Type: Central heating installs including swaps, upgrades, and conversions. Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week. Up to 5 days available plus optional weekends at enhanced rates Contract Length: Ongoing (no end date) Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears. Rates: * Combi swap: £371.17 core rate plus extras. Average £400.00 - £450.00 * Conventional swap: £392.25 core rate plus extras. Average £4500 - £500.00 * Conventional to Combi Conversion: £570.50 core rate plus extras. Average £650.00 - £700.00 *all extras such as pipework, radiators, TRV’s, flues etc are paid in addition to the core job price.
