Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer – Social Housing
An award winning Housing Association currently requires a domestic ACS Gas Engineer to work on a large social housing contract covering St Albans, Watford and Stevenage!
The work will be a variety of annual boiler services and boiler breakdowns.
To be considered you will have an extensive experience in domestic servicing and repairs with a background in Social Housing as well as fantastic technical ability you must demonstrate a desire to deliver excellent customer service as customer satisfaction is key!
You will require the following in date ACS qualifications – CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1

* Monday to Friday
* Call out - 1 in 4 weeks
Experience:
* Heating: 5 years (required)
* social housing : 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (required)
* ASC (required)
