Job Opportunity: Self-Employed Heating Engineers Ongoing Service Contract

Client: National Heating Contractor (Local Authority Sector)
Contract Type: Ongoing, Self-Employed

About the Role:
Example Recruitment Group is seeking experienced self-employed heating engineers to join a well-established national heating contractor. You will be working on a long-term service contract with a local housing association, providing landlord gas safety checks.

Key Details:

  • Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks
  • Commitment: Ideally 5 days per week (minimum 3 days per week considered)
  • Contract Length: Ongoing
  • Payment Terms: Weekly, one week in arrears
  • Rate: £24 per completed property

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
  • ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
  • Own Van and Tools
  • Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
  • £2m Public Liability Insurance
  • Clean DBS Check
