Job Description:

Nuco Solutions are currently working with a Leading Social Housing contractor, looking for an experienced domestic Service and Breakdown engineer to join their team in Kingston and surrounding.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be :

* Service domestic gas appliances and boilers

* Diagnosing faults

* Repairing/replacing parts

* Adhering to strict safety regulations and using specialized fault-finding tools

* Maintain and monitor the supply, stock, and use of materials

* Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to promptly resolve any property-related issues

* Report any non-compliance or process failures to management

Knowledge, skills and experience required for this role :

* Previous experience as a gas engineer (minimum of 5 years)

* Excellent customer service skills

* Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT

* Experience in social housing (minimum of 3 years)
