They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Bolton area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local housing association contract. The Role: Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s) Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems. Requirements: 3 years experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills. ACS qualifications incl. CKR1 & HTR1 Full UK Driving Licence The Package: 8 am 5 pm Monday to Friday Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided. Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum Overtime paid at time and a half Call out 1 week in 4 paid at £600.00 in winter and £400.00 in summerguaranteeing an additional £5,800 per annum OTE £50,000+ per annum 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) Pension Scheme
