They are looking for a skilled Gate & Barrier Engineer to join their growing team. Service, maintain, and repair automatic gates, barriers, and associated access control systems. Install new gates, barriers, and operators at client sites. Diagnose faults and carry out timely, effective solutions. Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and company procedures. Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits. Provide clear job reports, documentation, and excellent customer service. Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota (paid additionally).
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Gate & Barrier Engineer or similar role. Knowledge of electric gates, barriers, and automated access control systems. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Health & Safety aware and familiar with relevant legislation. Full UK Driving Licence. Professional, customer-focused approach with good communication skills.
