Gen AI Solutions Engineer AI Start-up £70-85K Base + Equity London- Hybrid (2 days a week)

Our client is building an AI workflow layer for complex, high-stakes processes for legal and compliance in the regulated services market. Our client is approaching their seed round of funding, which is a great opportunity to join an organisation at the forefront of AI. The Opportunity As a Gen AI Solutions Engineer, youll be operating at the intersection of technical delivery, workflow design, and client consulting. You will be a Forward-Deployed Engineer who thrives on prototyping and implementing new solutions, customising and extending workflows. You will be expected to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and clients, to understand and support their business use cases, and co-create compliant solutions. You will also be tasked to identify the early advancements and market trends within AI and ML, whilst incorporating new ideas and techniques into the team.

What Youll Bring 3+ years experience in Generative AI experience Proven experience with language-based Generative AI eg. LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph, RAG, Proficiency in Python, data science libraries such as numpy, Pandas, scikit-learn Experienced in LLM frameworks such as LangChain Strong client-facing consulting or B2B experience Ability to build and create prototypes in a fast-paced environment BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar field
