As a Geotechnical Design Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading geotechnical design and analysis for a variety of infrastructure projects.
Providing technical oversight, review, and approval of design deliverables.
Managing multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Overseeing financial management of projects, including budgeting and cost control.
A degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline, with relevant industry experience.
A full UK driving licence.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
Reside within a commutable distance of the Croydon office.

Conducting detailed geotechnical design and analysis using industry-standard software.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Supporting the development of innovative design methodologies and best practices.
