Are you a Geotechnical Design Engineer based in Manchester? \n \nDo you have experience working on network rail projects? \n \nDuration: 6 Months \nHours: 35 Mon-Fri \nRate: Dependant on experience (Inside IR35) \n \nThis is an opportunity to work for a leading consultancy working on various infrastructure projects out of Manchester.

\nAs a Geotechnical Design Engineer, you would have ideally worked on network rail projects that have included - retaining walls, foundations, soil and nailing. \n \nThe ideal candidate must have: \n·Minimum 2 years experience working in Geotechnical Engineering/Engineering Geology \n·A degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering (or equivalent) \n·Intermediate knowledge of design software's such as - Slide and GEO5 \n·CDM, Risk assessment and external audit competency \n·Full UK Driving Licence and own car \n \nDesirable: \n·Full PTS certification \n·Experience of Network Rail design procedures \n·Working towards chartership with a recognised professional body \n·Local to South Manchester \n\nDeadlines for CV submission is Wednesday the 24th of September so please send your CV's to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) for further discussion of the role
