Supervision of ground investigation crews, including cable percussion, rotary, and window sampling crewsTrial pittingLogging of soil and rock to BS5930 / Eurocode 7Groundwater and gas monitoringProduction of Phase 1 Desk StudiesAssistance in the preparation of Factual and Interpretive ReportsGood Project Management skillsPerson Specification:
Ideally you will have the following attributes:
A geology / earth sciences degree, or a masters degree in engineering geology or geotechnical engineeringThe ability to work both within a team and individuallyGood time keepingGood communication skillsA full UK driving licenseWilling to travel and work away from homeBe within a reasonable travelling distance of your office base, or be prepared to re-locateCSCS Card & First Aid TrainingSSSTSSalary and benefits:
