Urban Connect are currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Physics Engineer for an MEP consultancy with 3 UK offices, in a period of consistent growth, joining the Head Office in Manchester.This is a great opportunity to work for an employee owned trust working on varied projects from £10m - £200m+ in build value. They will invest heavily in your development and have an excellent track record of encouraging progression through increased responsibility.Main Duties/Responsibilities Of The RoleDevelopment of IES and Simplified Building Energy modelsConduct TM52 & TM59 Overheating assessments and produce reportsPreparing clear, concise reports and communicating findings to internal design teamsCollaborating with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure integrated design solutionsAs an employee owned trust, they can offer a tax free annual bonus, as well as regular team socials, hybrid working, leading benefits and a very clear pathway for promotion.
