Your Mission
This isn't a 'watch and learn' graduate role. You'll be empowered to make an impact from day one, working alongside experienced CI professionals to deliver real, measurable change across multiple production and warehouse sites.
You'll learn how to:
Identify inefficiencies and eliminate waste using Lean tools
Lead and support Kaizen events, process mapping, and workflow optimisation
Solve problems at their root using techniques like 5S, SMED, TPM and RCA
Create SOPs and work instructions that drive sustainable improvement
Work cross-functionally on projects that improve safety, quality, and performance
Support new product and process introductions with trials and validations
Use data and KPIs to track progress and drive smart decision-making
Develop smart factory layouts and visual management systems
What You'll Bring
You don't need to be an expert, just someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a real passion for making things better.
You'll likely have:
A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Process Engineering (or similar)
Around 12 months' experience in a manufacturing environment (placement, grad scheme or post-grad)
A basic understanding of Lean or CI tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA, etc.)
Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A proactive, can-do attitude and the desire to learn and grow fastIf you've completed a university project, , or placement involving process improvement or data analysis…..even better.
