Graduate Civil Engineer Civils & Infrastructure Location: Leicester Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum We are currently seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join a well-established subcontractor operating across the civils and infrastructure sector . Based in Leicester , this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on a range of projects, including Section 278 schemes , drainage, highways, and groundworks packages. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the planning and delivery of civil engineering projects across multiple sites
Support senior engineers and site managers with technical duties
Carry out site surveys, take measurements, and assist with setting out
Help ensure all works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and subcontractors where required
Maintain accurate records, drawings and reports
Requirements: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Strong interest in civil infrastructure and groundworks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to travel to various sites in and around the Leicester region
