You will need:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil and Structural Engineering (minimum 2:1).Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional approach.The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads, and work effectively in a small team.Proficiency in AutoCAD.
