The company has a flexible, friendly working environment with opportunities to progress, learn from high-calibre engineers, and a strong order book.ResponsibilitiesLearn hardware system specification and analysis, hardware system design from scratch and hardware functional design.Adopt a structured approach to delivering bespoke engineering projects working alongside like-minded Engineers at a similar stage in their careers.Develop Electrical CAD skills as part of coursework and ongoing work.Collaborate with the team to support project delivery and contribute to engineering activities in EC&I.Qualifications and SkillsUK residency: Must be a British passport holder and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years due to security clearance requirements.Degree: Likely to be qualified to a 2:1 or 1st BEng Degree level in a related Electrical Engineering focused degree.Strong organisational and communication skills.Demonstrated interest in hardware systems and willingness to learn and develop within EC&I engineering.Location and BenefitsLocations commutable from Stoke, Stafford, Cannock, Lichfield, Telford, Uttoxeter, Stone.Flexible working hours.30 days holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays.Bonus scheme and private healthcare cover. #J-18808-Ljbffr
