The Role
As a Graduate Electrical Design Engineer, you’ll be working alongside experienced engineers on a variety of exciting projects. You’ll play a hands-on role in the design and development of electrical systems, with opportunities to contribute across the full product lifecycle – from initial design through to system integration and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the design and development of advanced electrical systems for major automotive projects.
* Assist in creating and maintaining electrical design specifications.
* Produce and update technical documentation to support ongoing projects.
* Contribute to the design of electrical control panels and related systems.
* Develop and review wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
* Help manage Bills of Materials (BoM) for electrical components.
* Participate in system integration, testing, and on-site commissioning.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree (BSc, BEng, MSc, MEng, HND, or HNC) in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude with a genuine interest in new technologies.
