We are looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, and delivery of clean water and wastewater projects. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-demand sector, developing the infrastructure that protects the environment and supports communities across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design and construction of water treatment works, pipelines, pumping stations, and flood defencesUndertake site visits, inspections, and surveys to support project developmentPrepare drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports under the guidance of senior engineersWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineersSupport project management and stakeholder engagement across various stages of deliveryEnsure all work aligns with health, safety, and environmental standardsWhat Werom Looking ForA degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng)A passion for sustainable infrastructure and interest in the water sectorStrong communication and teamwork skillsAnalytical mindset and willingness to learnFull UK driving licence (or working towards it)What we can offerAt Mott MacDonald Bentley you will be offered a competitive salary which is commensurate based on your experience.
