Location: West Midlands (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic chance for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to kickstart their career within a close-knit, forward-thinking team. You'll be supported by experienced engineers and given real project responsibility from the outset - from concept through to detailed design.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in the design of electrical systems including lighting, power, and containment.
Support in the preparation of technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
Attend internal project meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary coordination.
Visit sites to understand how your designs are implemented in the real world.
Work alongside experienced engineers and receive structured mentoring.What We're Looking For:
A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
Passion for sustainable design and innovative building solutions.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with software like AutoCAD, Revit, or Dialux is a bonus (but not essential).
A proactive attitude and genuine interest in the built environment.
