Graduate Electrical Engineer - Building Services Consultancy
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Benefits

We're representing an innovative and growing MEP consultancy that delivers bespoke building services solutions across a diverse mix of sectors - including commercial, healthcare, education, life sciences, heritage, defence, and high-end residential.

The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic chance for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to kickstart their career within a close-knit, forward-thinking team. You'll be supported by experienced engineers and given real project responsibility from the outset - from concept through to detailed design.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in the design of electrical systems including lighting, power, and containment.
• Support in the preparation of technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Attend internal project meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary coordination.
• Visit sites to understand how your designs are implemented in the real world.
• Work alongside experienced engineers and receive structured mentoring.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Passion for sustainable design and innovative building solutions.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with software like AutoCAD, Revit, or Dialux is a bonus (but not essential).
• A proactive attitude and genuine interest in the built environment.
• Full right to work in the UK.
