They are renowned for:\n\nDelivering innovative, pragmatic solutions that balance sustainability with cost-effectiveness.\nUpholding core values of integrity, honesty, and trust in all client and team interactions.\nFostering a culture where learning, mentorship, and professional growth are actively encouraged.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAs a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will:\n\nSupport senior engineers throughout all stages of project delivery—from pre-planning and concept design to detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.\nDevelop and refine electrical design elements including:\n\nHV/LV distribution systems\nPower and life-safety systems\nGeneral, emergency, and external lighting\nIT/data infrastructure\nAccess, security, fire-alarm, and lightning protection systems\n\nContribute to low-carbon and sustainable design initiatives, energy consultancy, and pre-design analysis.\nParticipate in site activities such as reviewing contractor submissions, witnessing tests, commissioning, snagging, and as-built documentation.\nApply BIM Level 2 methodologies and CAD tools to coordinate MEP systems, detect clashes, and produce 3D modelling deliverables.\nCollaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects in alignment with RIBA stages 0–7.\n\nWho You Are\n\nA recent graduate or early-career engineer with a degree in Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.\nCurious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.\nPassionate about sustainable, low-carbon design and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.\nStrong problem-solver who can translate theory into practical applications.\nEffective communicator and team player, capable of thriving in dynamic environments.\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM processes is desirable.\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nMentorship from Chartered engineers with decades of industry experience.\nExposure to a broad range of sectors: Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Residential, Heritage, Life Sciences, Defence, and more.\nHands-on experience across the full project lifecycle—concept to completion.\nOpportunity to contribute to low-carbon and sustainable engineering projects.\nSupport to achieve professional development goals, including progression toward Chartered Engineer status.\n\nWhy This Role Stands Out\n\nBe part of a values-driven, collaborative team where your contributions directly impact project outcomes.\nGain early responsibility and real-world experience on exciting and high-profile projects.\nWork in a culture that rewards curiosity, innovation, and personal excellence.\nBuild a career where both your personal growth and the success of the business are valued.\nThis role is perfect for a self-motivated graduate eager to develop into a technically skilled, forward-thinking electrical engineer.
