Degree in Electronics or a related Engineering field Good problem-solving and analytical ability An understanding or exposure to safety critical systems would be advantageous Strong communication and teamwork skills Some exposure to engineering through projects, placements, or internships Able to support design, testing, and documentation work Awareness of industry standards, processes, and safety practices
