This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of rail infrastructure through innovative solutions and advanced safety-critical systems. Responsibilities
Assisting in delivering project objectives at various phases in the project lifecycle Building a working knowledge of our products, systems and strategies for implementation Participating in continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and promoting engineering excellence through new processes, tools and methods Carrying out work placements in specified technical and non-technical areas Promoting our projects alongside other Graduates, Apprentices and Interns within the business Taking the lead in our graduate, intern and apprentice innovation project
Essential Skills And Attributes
Achieved or on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a general engineering, software, physics or computer science related degree Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, systems engineers, and project managers Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
