This is an exciting opportunity for someone fresh out of university with a degree in civil or structural engineering who wants to kick-start their career working on cutting-edge sustainable infrastructure projects.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\n\n * Support the design and delivery of infrastructure projects using their self-healing concrete.\n\n * Assist with project planning, technical reporting, drawings, and specifications.\n\n * Get involved in site investigations, testing, and monitoring.\n\n * Work closely with experienced engineers, academics, and industry partners.\n\n * Gain exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of projects in a growing start-up environment.\n\nWhat they’re looking for:\n\n * A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\n * Strong technical and analytical skills gained through coursework, projects, or placements.\n\n * Enthusiasm to learn and apply engineering knowledge in real-world projects.\n\n * Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.\n\n * Passion for sustainability, innovative materials, and shaping the future of construction.\n\nWhat they offer:\n\n * Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience.\n\n * Hands-on training and mentorship from a small, supportive team.\n\n * Clear progression opportunities as the company scales.\n\n * A chance to contribute to sustainable infrastructure projects with real environmental impact.\n\n * Collaborative and ambitious start-up culture where your ideas will be heard.\n\nPlease note: At this stage, they’re unable to offer visa sponsorship.
