The Opportunity


New career opportunity for a detail-oriented Health and Safety Administrator to support the Health and Safety Manager. This is a great opportunity to establish and grow your career within a global manufacturing business. This role would suit somebody in the early stages of their career - either a graduate engineer or health & safety adminsitrator - seeking to establish their career in a growth-focused environment.


The role involves heavy exposure to management of an extremely diverse range of hazards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.



The role


Support the day-to-day delivery of the site’s Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibilities. This includes collecting, inputting, and verifying safety and environmental data, as well as maintaining key documentation and reporting systems.


Involved in internal audits and inspections, help organise and deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks, and participate in accident and incident investigations.


Support the communication of safety campaigns and assist in promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the site. There will be regular interaction with contractors and other departments to ensure full compliance with site procedures and best practices.


This role that will give you wide-ranging exposure to essential safety systems and compliance functions within a complex industrial environment. It’s a strong platform to build a long-term health and safety career in manufacturing.



What will make you successful:


Engineering graduate (gained within Chemical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Process engineering) or experience in a highly regulated Health & Safety admin / documentation role


Excellent organisational, admin and IT skills, with a collaborative, proactive, problem-solving approach.
