What you'll be doing

• Producing design solutions and AutoCAD drawings for civil engineering projects, supported by our team of engineers and technicians.
• Working on smaller projects to develop practical skills, progressing to larger and more challenging projects.
• Developing skills in highways, drainage, earthworks, geotechnics, bridges/civil engineering structures and project & design management, with an emphasis on sustainable development.
• Working on a range of projects delivering unique solutions for a variety of clients.
• Working on schemes with specific design requirements and constraints.
• Contributing to projects that help develop and improve societies and the economy, with a view to a sustainable future.
• A relevant degree such as Civil and/or Structural Engineering, or studying towards a relevant degree for the role.
• A knowledge of AutoCAD and other industry software.
• Keen to share ideas about improvements and new approaches.
• Strong communication skills developed through diverse life experiences, academics, social activities, and prior work.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious to learn and progress.
• A problem solver with strong communication skills.
• Personal organisation skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Right to Work and live in the UK.
• Work experience in the Engineering industry, either through work experience or as part of an academic course, is ideally sought.
