The Opportunity
White Label recruitment are looking for a Graduate Test & Development Engineer to join a well-established manufacturer with a wide product range and a reputation for high-quality engineering.
This is an ideal role for someone with an engineering or scientific background who enjoys hands-on testing work but also has the attention to detail needed for writing clear, accurate documentation and technical reports.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced Test & Development Engineer, supporting product testing activities both in-house and at external proving grounds. The role will give you great exposure to different parts of the business, working closely with Design, Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of component and product testing
*
Ensure safe and accurate fixture of parts for testing
*
Capture and document test results with precision
*
Write up clear technical reports based on testing outcomes
*
Support proving ground testing (includes occasional overnight stays)
*
Communicate effectively with colleagues across various departments
*
Maintain accurate records and follow robust testing processes
