Role Overview

We are looking for a Graduate Process Engineer to be based in Brighton, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme. You will collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team, including colleagues in Redditch, and contribute to high-profile projects locally and nationally. Project work spans wastewater treatment, water recycling, and clean water solutions, with a strong focus on exploring nature-based solutions.

You will develop your technical skills alongside senior engineers, gaining invaluable exposure to the water industry across the full project lifecycle—from optioneering through detailed design and implementation. There may also be opportunities for site visits and investigations to broaden your understanding.

Key Responsibilities

About You

At Stantec, we value your potential over past experience. You will bring a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry and a keen interest in the water industry.
