Role Summary:

As a Graduate Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of M&E projects, contributing to both new asset construction and the maintenance of existing systems. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, quality-driven team committed to your professional development.
Key Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
Work as part of the project delivery team responsible for the coordination and delivery of projects ranging in value and complexity, ensuring all projects to be undertaken are to an agreed cost, scope, and program.
Setting out and dimensional control of the works
Production and maintenance of drawing registers
Recording data and maintaining site records and collate documentation for Health and Safety file
Support project delivery teams during the preconstruction, construction, and plant commissioning stages.
Checking drawings and designs for accuracy, buildability and specification compliance
Support preparation of project budgets, placing orders to procure plant and materials, and ensuring they are within budget.
Deal with technical queries during the procurement process
Understand the contractual arrangements of a project and ensure that they are not compromised due to design or procurement issues.
Assist in the identification and pre-qualification of sub-contractors.
Be conversant and up to date with relevant legislation on construction issues
Actively promote the Company to existing and new clients and project a positive image of the Company to all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Proficiency in software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB for mechanical; PLC programming, LabVIEW, or circuit simulation tools for electrical)
Understanding of core engineering principles
Basic project management knowledge
