Could you be interested to become the fourth employee of an up and coming structural engineering practice?
Workload is currently exceptionally busy and the time and structure is now right for a more junior person to join and be given appropriate support. The practice has plans to grow to 6+ staff in the next few years.
The Director is MIStructE qualified, very personable and experienced at mentoring for Chartership. He has been part of a reputable London practice for 10 years, where he was their first employee himself but has branched out to build his own brand.
The role would suit a graduate structural engineer with 6 months- 2 years of buildings design experience and able to use Autocad. You must be keen for development and career growth, an exceptionally varied workload and involvement in all aspects of projects. A fresh graduate of exceptional calibre will also be considered. You would be given the flexibility and autonomy that can only come with working for a small practice.
