Working on real product features and mentored by experienced Engineers, this is an excellent opportunity to launch your career working as part of, and learning from, a world class multi-discipline team who are creating leading edge products.RoleIn this role you will work as part of our multi-discipline product design teams to develop and execute system level tests to qualify our hardware and software products for launch.ResponsibilitiesCreating test plans from software and hardware product requirementsDeveloping and documenting automated and manual test suitesExecuting system test cycles prior to product releaseRecording test results and working with the design engineers to resolve issuesContributing toward the system test environmentEssential Skills and QualificationsEducated to Degree level in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or equivalentHighly computer literatePython Programming/scripting experienceInquisitive and detail orientatedStrong willingness to learn the product and its applicationAbility to work closely with others in a multi-discipline team and respond to tight deadlinesExperience beneficialExperience in any of the following areas will also be beneficial:Previous testing experienceTest automation framework such as NUnit, Python unittestVersion control system such as SVN or GitFamiliarity with using lab equipment such as signal generatorsKnowledge of Networking, Ethernet packet structures and/or Telecoms Framing structuresBenefitsCalnex rewards success and offers competitive salaries of our graduates are reviewed twice a year.
