Responsibilities

  • Log and address tickets; maintain detailed records of customer interactions;
  • Engage with customers professionally and amicably;
  • Handle multiple areas including Technical Support, Bug Investigations, Knowledge Base Articles, Onboarding, Migrations, and Bespoke Template work;
  • Prioritise teamwork and take ownership of tickets until resolution;
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers;
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone demeanor, a helpful attitude, and proactive problem-solving.

Required skills and experience

  • Experience with database use (preferably SQL Server);
  • Experience working in customer service in an IT environment;
  • Experience using and supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Experience dealing with customers face-to-face, online, or by telephone;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking and decision-making skills;
  • Evidence of effective organisational, planning and personal time management;
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, email, the internet, and Windows.
