They are looking to take on a Graduate Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Brightlingsea.The Graduate Technical Support Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related fieldStrong technical problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication skills, both written and verbal, for dealing with customers and internal teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally some experience with CAD or ERP systemsA willingness to learn and develop within a technical support environmentAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamCustomer-focused attitude with good organisational skillsResponsibilitiesProviding technical support to customers on the company’s products and systemsAssisting with fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and technical queriesWorking closely with the engineering and production teams to resolve issuesPreparing technical documentation, reports, and manualsSupporting product testing and validation activitiesEnsuring all technical support activities are logged and trackedGaining hands-on product knowledge and training to develop into a key technical expertQualificationsA degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related fieldStrong technical problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication skills, both written and verbal, for dealing with customers and internal teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally some experience with CAD or ERP systemsA willingness to learn and develop within a technical support environmentAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamCustomer-focused attitude with good organisational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
