Overview We are looking for 2026 graduates or juniors with up to 2 years of experience who can handle quick, difficult maths problems. The role sits directly in a trading team and requires close collaboration with traders, researchers and technical staff to align technical solutions with the schedules and analytic needs of various strategies. Responsibilities
Interface with various groups within the business to ensure that all trades are reflected accurately in all systems. Research, rapid development and execution of trade orders, automation of processes, and personal projects. Collaborate with traders, researchers and technical teams to align technical solutions with strategy needs.
Qualifications
STEM degree from a top ranked university with exceptional grades A-level Maths or equivalent Excellent problem solver Strong attention to detail Logical thought processes Interest in coding with some fundamental skills in one language (VBA, Ruby, Go, Lua, Scala, Python or C++ or OO language) Appetite for delivering solutions to complex problems
