Overview We are seeking a Ground Station System Validation Engineer to join a global leader working on ground station systems that integrate control, data processing, PHY and radio hardware/firmware to deliver full communication solutions supporting DVB-S2X and a range of Radio and IP protocols. Responsibilities
Validate landing station systems across PHY, hardware, and software. Collaborate with system engineers to study requirements and create test plans. Develop and execute automated and manual test procedures. Build and maintain test setups for regression and feature testing. Perform integration, bring-up, debugging, and defect analysis. Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions. Support continuous integration and test management tools. Analyse and report test data with regular metrics.
Experience / Qualifications
MSc/BSc in Electronic Engineering. Strong commercial experience of system validation with complex HW/SW/embedded designs. Hands-on RF layer testing using spectrum analysers, VNAs, signal generators, and other lab equipment. Strong programming/automation skills (Python, C#, C++). Experience with IP networking systems, protocols, and performance testing.
