Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery. The Role: As a Hardware System Sizing Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and optimizing the physical and performance characteristics of propulsion system components for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and Hybrid Electric Vehicles (xHEVs). This includes sizing of electric motors, inverters, battery packs, and associated cooling systems to meet vehicle-level performance, efficiency, and durability targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust system integration and alignment with program requirements. Area of Responsibility
