About the Role As Head Design Engineer, you will: Lead the complete sprinkler system design process across residential and commercial projects Collaborate directly with company leadership (including a mechanically trained director) to build and structure the design department Establish and implement design standards, workflows, and tools Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure high-quality, compliant fire protection systems Contribute during tendering and planning stages
